LEAGUE TABLES 2010
Cockspur Twenty20 2010
The new "South Wales Premier Cricket League" brings together the top clubs from the "Glamorgan & Monmouthshire Cricket League" and the "South Wales Cricket Association".
In September 2009, the top five clubs from GMCL and SWCA were invited to become the inaugural members of the South Wales Premier Cricket League. GMCL and SWCA will become feeder leagues to the South Wales Premier Cricket League.
At the end of each season, two clubs will be relegated from SWPCL returning to their relevant feeder league. These clubs will be replaced by the top club in each feeder league, if the feeder club meets the necessary entry criteria in force at the time. A club not being eligible for SWPCL membership will "save" a club from SWPCL relegation.
The inaugural AGM of the South Wales Premier Cricket League was held at the SWALEC Stadium, Cardiff on Monday 7th December 2009.
